I enjoy providing telehealth services to adults located in the state of Ohio or Kentucky. I take a strengths-based and person-centered approach to help you find what works for you, but I’m also focused on solutions that help you get there more quickly!
I specialize in helping adults 18+ improve their quality of life after experiencing trauma or abuse. This might be from an experience you’ve encountered yourself, or even learning of a traumatic event that someone close to you experienced. I am also adept at assisting clients with improving their ability to cope with stress, anxiety, and depression.
I take a person-centered approach to my work with clients – we will work together to find what works best for you! I use evidence-based practices to assist clients including Eye Movement Desensitizing and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and others.
